Indoor vs Outdoor

It's been a while since I wrote on this blog and I have missed sharing my running experience with everyone (or only one person who knows who reads these blogs). 

Though I have been lazy about writing on my blog I haven't been so with my training. I have a half marathon in a month's time and I have been training like mad. I have every intention that I will finally run a 1:45. 

This year I found it difficult to run outside because it has been so cold outside. I guess I am getting old and the cold is really getting to me. So I have been doing my long runs indoor at the YMCA on their track. The problem is that I have been doing all my training indoors. My tempo and speed work I have always done on a treadmill, so all me training days have been inside. I am afraid that this will do me more harm than good.

What do you guys think? Will training indoors hurt me or not?
